The prayer and desire to increase joy thinking actually worked! All felt fine yesterday as I am in sync with my husband, got a warm reply from my son, had a virtual meet up with my FOO (one sister still estranged and I don’t care anymore, it’s the new normal). It felt great to feel grounded and at peace!
