I kind of have an eating disorder I am overweight and on hot days I find it really hard to not drink too much liquid. I can overdose on water and then be sick but I can also eat a lot of frozen yoghurt in one day trying to rehydrate and stay cool. Yet on cooler days I struggle to eat at all. I'm not sure that fits the criteria of an eating disorder but the problem with this is - its Summer!

I actually need to drink more
and I know that.. probably why I keep getting headaches and that
