Even though I am not catholic I am giving up alcohol for lent.until easter.
that is 6 weeks. I have done this for several years before I can do it again and hopefully lose some of this weight. 191 this am.

I get my second shot today in about an hour.not looking forward to it.
The first shot my arm really hurt for 2 days. but I am a whimp about pain. so to others it would not be painful.
oh well.
