Take a time to take care of yourselves. The trick to self-care is to look for little things you can do every day to help yourself feel well. I'll share my routine when having an attack.
I force myself to shower, put on make-up, body oil, lit scented candles, turn on the Himalayan salt lamp, Mangosteen with Moringa lotion, and meditate.
This routine may work for me but not for others, I understand that. But don't forget to take care especially in these difficult times.
