Today I had a caramel something or other Pepsi. It was a Japanese flavor. Then I had a spinach feta wrap from Starbucks and a coffee Coke. Lunch was half of a plain bagel with half a container of avocado spread. My snack was a cucumber and I’m going to have a can of Hormel ham in a bit. Dinner will be a Stouffer’s stuffed pepper. I also had a couple 32oz zero sugar Gatorade’s
I have down 1,250 calories.
