Hi guys, first time posting in this section.
I signed up for Noom on Sunday and so far I'm doing great.
so far. Today I have eaten oatmeal and a banana for breakfast with two tablespoons of milk. For snack I had another banana and 1/2 of a glazed donut. For lunch I had an orange and a tuna sandwich. I've drank water, Iced tea, and a diet Dr Pepper. So far I'm at 917 calories for the day. My goal is to stay within 1500 to 1600 calories. Probably will have salad for dinner with a little grilled chicken.
