maybe this friend does not have anyone else to talk to so while she has your attention she talks your head off because she is lonely.

then again, it may just be her personality. Some people need situations like that to feel excited about something.

IDK, I hope you can find a way to deal with it so that you don't feel exhausted by her. I have someone too who is like a energy zapper when I get around them. It's no fun for sure!
