Sweet potatoes today for meal1, no veg with meal1. Meal2 was millet cooked with riced cauliflower, topped with a bag of tuna. Oranges and coffees.
The millet mixture was very interesting. It was oniony, but i could see making a similar dish with say oatmeal and canned pumpkin, which would still be half starch half veg, but you could flavor it more like carrot cake / pumpkin spice.
Maybe im just getting old and gumming my tiny grainy food! Seriously, the millet had a satisfying mouth feel and filled my stomach. I mean, what is cake but grainy mushy stuff and cocoa? I could get used to this.
My weight was the same, but i needed to poop and take my pee medicine, so that means it is probably down a bit. I am really trying to concentrate on eating these two simple meals, on time, not ordering out, and hopefully pushing that scale down to the next decade. Which i havent seen in a decade!
