Hi you guys, just to preface, I was a regular on this forum early in my recovery. As the years have gone by, of learning about BiPolar with Psychotic Features and how to live with it; I decided to start sharing videos on facebook of what's helped me in recovery. Last week I created a YouTube channel with the content.

I'm here to spread the channel, but I'm more interested if someone finds the content helpful what topics are most important to you and maybe I could take a crack at them. I've been through the gamet like most of us: recovery clinics, hospitalizations, low self-esteem, psychotherapy, medications, episodes, job loss, chronic isolation, finding new social circles, using supports, learning coping skills, SSDI, activism, long-term sobriety, and more. I've spent what feels like a lifetime trying to learn about my own recovery as I'm sure many can relate.
Thanks everybody,
Hope this helps.
