I also think it's great that you're spreading awareness and trying to help others. their needs to be more people like you in the world
I think you should do a weekly topic. each week, pick a topic related to MI/bipolar (so anxiety, or mania, or coping methods, or what ever) and just do videos about it.
personal experiences too: like if you've tried something like a med, or a method, how it has worked for you
even could go as far as posting, for example, journal prompts or music to help relax the mind.
the world of what you can do... it's a lot
