Thanks for sharing these concerns. I have a lot of difficulty with anxiety as well. So I was able to relate to quite a bit of what you wrote.
You mentioned your family won't allow you to seek professional help. That is a pity. And unfortunately, short of professional help, the only things I could think of that might help would be the normal things everyone recommends: avoiding caffeine, establishing a meditation practice, getting plenty of exercise of some sort or another. I'm sure I'm not telling you anything you don't already know.
Unbridled anxiety is tough. I myself began taking a low dose of Clonazepam a while back in part due to the difficulty I was having with my own anxiety. It helps. But I still find myself anxious a good share of the time. I hope you are able to find something that will work for you.
