I know that I used to have a bad habit of drinking too much caffeine. I've been lowering my intake of coffee lately, almost having none of it recently. It's a nice change. I'll have a cup every now and then, but it's not as bad as it used to be. Thank goodness on that front☆
When I was younger, I would meditate a lot! I'll try to get back into it and see what happens! My anxiety has been hindering me a lot lately, so I'm willing to try anything, even if I've done it before. So I'm thankful for the suggestion! Same thing with exercise! Maybe I'll pick up yoga again, if I can!
