For Lunch I had Panda Express Super Greens, Panda Express Green Bean Chicken, and a fortune cookie. I had a banana for an afternoon snack. For dinner I had homemade chicken noodle soup and a slice of toast with a thin spread of peanut butter. 1329 calories for the day and I lost 1.2 pounds from yesterday to today.
