Mickey makes a good point about taking something you already like (like to do), further. For example, I love baking and cooking, so I can have loads of fun making new recipes, blogging about recipes, taking photos of finished cooking creations, watching cooking shows, chatting on Reddit.com's Cooking subreddit. Etc.

I also love flowers and gardening. The latter compliments my love of cooking. Even in the winter I can take care of flowers/plants or even create an indoor herb garden.

You might want to create a bullet list of things you like or like to do. It could be a list of things you USED TO like. Brainstorm them and then follow various avenues.
