169.4 today. 2 pounds since yesterday. I have not been drinking much diet soda. I’ve heard diet soda can stall your weight loss. I did buy a couple cases today though. I’ve been drinking a lot of Gatorade. I also have an iced coffee every day. I’ve been working on eating more vegetables and protein. Today I had a coffee Coke and a piece of cheese around 2AM. Then I had the new chocolate cold brew cold foam coffee from Dunkin Donuts. For lunch I had 2 cups of leftover Kraft spaghetti. Dinner will be 2 pieces of baked chicken with dill pickle seasoning. I’ll also have a cucumber today too. 1,234 calories.
