My anxiety is pretty bad right now. I think it’s just the coffee I had this morning. My Xanax XR doesn’t work very well and I’m actually supposed to be on 2mil a day but my doctor called in the wrong one. So I’ve been using the XR and then .5s until I see him and can talk to him. But I’m running out of .5s. And that concerns me a lot.
