I feel distracted and restless. I want to do all sorts of things but I’m stuck trying to focus on work.
I slept pretty well last night. Meds are making me sleep at least so I’m not up all night like this.
I still feel like my thoughts are being blocked and stolen and I’m destined for greatness. But I can recognize that it’s not logical.

In regards to the Abilify - do you know that doses above 15 mg are considered to have the antipsychotic properties?
That is, doses under 15 mg are usually reserved for depression only. Then, above 15 mg, it becomes more of an antipsychotic.
Perhaps you need a higher dose.
Not prescribing, of course, but letting you know what my experience has been with Abilify.
I'm only on 15 mg now of Abilify but that's because I use it exclusively for depression.
