The closer it gets to my doctor appointment (GP/PCP) the more anxious I get. I usually take a xanax or two before going to see her but since I am going for BP I need the results to be accurate. It's going to be a Zoom call from her office so her office staff will still take BP, vitals, whatever. I'm just not going to let them weigh me. I weighed myself this morning and they can take my word for it. Otherwise I don't know why I am so anxious about this appointment. Just getting older. Getting more stuff wrong with me.
