It seems to me that almost all psych meds have withdrawals. If I miss even 1 dose of any of my meds I will feel weird (brain zaps, lightheaded, kind--of sick). In the case of meds I use for sleep I just won't sleep if I skip taking them. Of course, the benzos are the worst.
