Well... I'm 72. So I really am old!
But I know what you mean about your body aging over the past year. I feel similarly. Up to this past year, I'd say, I really didn't notice my advanced years so much. But over this past year I really feel as though I've begun to feel as old as I am. I've developed some "symptoms", so to speak, that are similar to what is referred to as Sundown Syndrome. Plus, a few weeks ago an inguinal hernia I had had repaired when I was a teenager broke open again. (I should have it looked at by a physician. But with the pandemic, along with some other considerations, I'm avoiding doing that.) And there are other things I could mention but won't. Aging... as you say: "it sucks. It just happens and nothing can be done!)
