So I talked to pdoc. He seems unconcerned. He put me back on my AD and told me "lets not run out again." If I don't feel better in 3 months then we will up the AD but I have to take it consistently for the 3 months. Because I think it's anxiety based. If anything my therapist can make an emergency appointment and I'm suppose to see her weekly. So I guess we'll see. I don't think I get my point across well but it is what it is.
