heres how I tell when my pulse rate is too high or too low. I check in with myself to see if I am more interested in posting on facebook, twitter or online forums about the situation than I am about calling my doctor, calling emergency services.

taking a guess since you feel more comfortable posting this here and questioning whether its normal or not, vs immediately calling your doctor or emergency services, you are ok at this moment and this time.

if you google you will find that ......in general ..........a pulse rate for a normal / healthy / not on medications, no health problems and so forth person is anywhere between 60 and 100 sometimes as high as 120.

if you google you will also find that pulse rate depends upon many things, genetics, weight, health issues, medication, physical situations, the weather and so forth.

a persons pulse rate is going to be higher or lower than normal if they are obese or underweight, on medications, ect

contact your doctor they can tell you based on your body what your normal vital statistics like pulse rate should be and if it is indeed to high they can put you on high blood pressure medications that will stabilize your heart and blood pressure/ pulse rate. they can tell you what physical activities you can and cant do, set a dietary plan with you to get weight issues in control and so on and so forth.
