Like completely. I was reading all day and distracting myself. Then I went to bed and I was in bed alone with my thoughts and everything just hit me. My therapist. The new one. The move. I got really angry at my mom and I sent a ton of angry texts. Then I threw a glass at the wall which didn’t break. I finally took 2mil of Xanax and an 80 mil of Geodon and fell asleep.

My mom and I are being ok with each other today. I apologized

But I have never had stuff just hit me that hard all of a sudden where I ended up losing it.
