I didn’t sleep too well. I took 10 milligrams of melatonin and then a mil of Xanax so I could calm my anxiety. I fell asleep fast right before 7 and I had all these weird dreams throughout the night. At midnight I drank water out of the sink and I drank a caffeine free Coke and fell back asleep. I’ve been up now for about 15 minutes.
