@rechu it's the same here regarding transmission and infection after immunisation.

I volunteer for a charity which supports the elderly and they send out newsletter emails. A week ago 7 residents and 7 staff tested positive despite immunisation. They too had mild symptoms and no hospitalization.

I don't know which vaccine they had, it could only have been Pfizer or Astrazenica, probably Pfizer as they would have been in the first phase of vaccination when only Pfizer was available.

I think this is why we must all still be very careful as not everyone has been protected yet, so those who have been vaccinated need to take the same care as before.
