the crazy son has been arrested for breaching an intervention order

we went to court once before about a thing like this & finally the magistrate ruled that the son was not capable of understanding the nature of an intervention order

this didn't stop them issuing another one

he could get anything up to 2 years gaol time & he has no idea what he did wrong
