So many of us have been through stuff that can't even be talked about. And it never leaves us, but we can learn how to navigate, in spite of the obstacles. We, each of us, need to find our way, whatever that is, as long as we don't hurt someone else, right? That's what I feel. But I keep learning & I sometimes make adjustments in my thinking & feelings, ever since my CBT therapy, which changed me.
