I had a video call with my boss this morning and I was very hyper and chatty. Idk if she noticed.

Someone at work wanted an update on something I should have done yesterday. I wanted to write back ‘Sorry I didn’t get this done yesterday because I’m in the middle of a manic episode and was busy plotting to overthrow God.’

Instead simply ‘Sorry for the delay, Monday got away from me.’

Gotta go for blood tests after work.
