Yes I have lots of experience with therapists who are not mentally healthy themselves. I think most T’s need to be in there own therapy or if they are bad enough not be a therapist at all when it causes harm and re-traumaization.

My last therapist yelled at me multiple in our first session. I left feeling anxiety, hurt.
