I so wish there were a way not to make stupid decisions. I decided recently to see another pdoc because I wasn't pleased with my regular pdoc. However, the one I saw suggested that I make med changes that I'm not comfortable making. Anyway, I feel stupid for making that decision. I beat myself up a lot, I guess. At least I think I know what to do now.
