1. My counsellor has helped me loads over the last 3 months
2. It’s still cool where I live (don’t like hot weather any more)
3. I’m working on my entry for an annual art contest, don’t draw very often these days, but I’m enjoying myself
4. I’m a bit more hopeful about my future than I was before starting therapy
5. I’ve learned a lot in the last couple of months (running out of ideas lol)
