My depression has been unusually mild this winter. Ever since December when people started getting vaccinated my spirts were lifted and I felt hopeful again. And perhaps my IOP did actually make a difference. I’m not thinking much about my old T. Those few days early this week and all of last week were rough but I think I’m better now. I have been thinking about therapy a lot though but today it’s just been “I need to tell new T that.”
