So Sorry for your Loss! i agree with the wise and wonderful Yaowen about being Sorry for what you're going through. Please do not give up as it can take time before things improve. Try to do something nice for yourself. Walk, eat, play, read, watch movies, anything at all that may clear your mind for a bit. Give yourself the right to be sad and to cry, there's nothing shameful in that. Crying can be liberating in my opinion! Again, i am so Sorry for what you're going through!
