I had whole grain toast and cantaloupe for breakfast yesterday. For snack I had a banana. For lunch I had pork chop and asparagus. For snack I had a banana. For dinner I had homemade chicken noodle soup. For dessert I had Rocky Road ice cream. Total calories 1319. Total weight loss from yesterday to today 1.6 lbs. Finally broke through my week of not losing weight. Can now buckle my belt 2 notches tighter. And my ring isn't as tight on my finger.
