How is trying to change your sleep schedule going? When I was staying up all night and sleeping most of the day I felt incredibly depressed. I have no doubts that it affects mood.

I got my tax refund pretty quickly but I filed as soon as I got my w2 in mid January. It was only $51 return though which I don't really understand bc I'm working more than ever
