I will keep praying for you and said one when I saw this. It is not a perfect solution, but sometimes when it gets to be too overwhelming (and I am not in as bad of a situation so I cannot image how hard it is ), I detach partially in my mind and try to focus on work and distractions. I hope you can find strategies that help you hang on to your hope and sanity.
