A banana for snack. El Polo Loco rice, chicken, broccoli, and tortilla for lunch. For a snack I had a chocolate chip cookie. For dinner it was rice, chicken, cheese, and broccoli. For dessert another chocolate chip cookie. Not bad for 1163 calories.
