I worry about a fight for the house. She's told me she wants to agree to a settlement outside of lawyers, but I want to be prepared.

Does any of this matter when the house becomes a fight:
1. She has a kid, I just have dogs.

2. The divorce is 100percent her choice. She has refused to work on things, and has refused numerous attempts requesting to go to a Marriage counselor.

3. I get proof that she's having an emotional affair online.

FYI (and I know it's a question) there is no history of domestic violence. I've never laid a hand on her. I've never broken anything in the house out of anger. At worse I've raised my voice.
