My anxiety isn’t too bad today. But I cut out coffee on the 4th. And it’s been kind of difficult. I didn’t know caffeine withdrawals can make you anxious and jittery. I thought cutting out coffee would help with my anxiety. Yesterday after some struggle I drank a mug of black tea and it helped a lot with everything. But I’m averaging about 2-2.5 milligrams of Xanax a day. Which is more then if I were drinking tons of coffee.
