Well...Think about princess Diana, was she allowed to get help she needed?
Sure they have good medical coverage but they are not free to do what they want if they are in a royal family. Their freedoms are severely limited
I don’t know if it was slandering. Or it was true. But there is precedent there with pushing things under the rug
