First time's a charm.
And I'm in (what I hope) is the lowest and worst I've been in 18 years (ie. not going to get worse). So hopefully that improves with time.

I did want to mention in case any admins see - I logged in with my mysupportforum user account, but it does not appear to want to save my results. I've tried twice now.
