If I were to label today as a mood I would label it a manic day of a 7 on a scale of 10. I ordered an xl decaf coffee, but I made sure to turn into Dunkin’ Donuts from the wrong turn lane and almost hit another car. I then went shopping at 5 different stores, in between I cleaned out my closet. I felt slightly psychotic this morning, but what of I can’t remember. The highlight of my day was freezing outside and feeling a cold breeze on my neck while meditating. Although I got so much done, which was nice and it needed to get done. It’s just a sudden switch from sleeping all day.
