Please go get checked back out if you haven't already. I went in to the ER once with head pain, dizziness and if I turned my head I'd black out momentarily. The ER doc told me it was a migraine and would not listen to anything I had to say. He treated me like I was simply drug seeking(not something that I've ever done) and that I was being a baby since "it was just a migraine".
By the next day I couldn't even move to get myself dressed. I had to call my aunt to help me and get me back to the ER. Turns out I had a sinus infection that was in my back sinus cavities. It took a CT scan to catch it and they told me that if I had not come back it would have spread into my brain.
You know your body and how it feels better than they do a second or even third opinion never hurts. I hope you get it figured out
