I think if you're anxious then the high pulse is probably due to that. But I'm not a doctor so I wouldn't take my word for it. I'm on anti-anxiety meds and my pulse stays at 90 and gets up to 100 or so when I'm really anxious about something. I have high cholesterol though, or I used to, so I worry about my heart a lot.
