Hi, I'm new to this site and this is my first comment. But my heart went out to you as you describe your anxiety over everything. It must be exhausting. You needn't say your age, of course, but I'm assuming you are an adult or a young adult. So when you say your family "won't let you" seek professional help, I'm puzzled. Can you not seek it yourself, minus anyone's permission? If it is a matter of money, you may be able to find some excellent free help where you live. It sounds like talking to a professional might be extremely helpful to get a handle on what's going on. Your doctor or pastor or teacher may be able to provide good leads.
