I’m trying to maintain my weight but I’ve been upping my calories to 1500-1800 a day and I think that’s just causing me to lose weight. Before I was eating 1200 calories and feeling deprived all day and then I’d end up eating a lot at night. Now I’m eating a variety of things and losing. I do want to lose but I also don’t want to lose too fast right now which I think I may on a 1500-1800 calorie diet.
