I don't know you, but I gather you're working & taking classes. It must be difficult for you to squeeze in self-care. In the past I"ve found that speed walking is a pretty good form of self-care for me. Using a FitBit to measure my steps (competing against myself) & music to give me rhythm to work with, I can generally take care of my physical & mental issues, as well as improving my sleep. It's not that easy in the winter, though.
