My diagnosis changed today from unspecified mood disorder to bipolar disorder with psychosis. I am feeling a bit overwhelmed by this information even though it doesn’t really change anything. Are there any resources out there for newly diagnosed people. I have been having issues for a while, I also have learning disability but bipolar is new to me.
