I am unsure about which type I have. I tend to one day decide to cut off all my hair and color it blonde or I get tons of ear piercings within 2 weeks of each other then take them all out after a month or so. I feel that when I do those things I am going through a manic episode, but not sure. I asked my dr. and she just said you have bipolar and I didn't question it any further. Any comments will be so helpful. Thanks!
