I had too much caffeine this morning for no reason. I just had a Mountain Dew craving. Then some other stuff happened and I then tried going out of my house and that just caused issues. I ended up taking 3mil of Xanax. I am worried because I don’t have many .5s left and if I take 3 of the 1mil when I’m only prescribed 2 a day, I’m gonna run out eventually of everything and possibly early. Which will turn into a huge issue.

But I am so chilled out right now and in a decent mood as a result of all the Xanax.
